1. What UseLipSync does

UseLipSync provides three AI-assisted creation workflows:

Processing is performed by third-party AI and storage providers on our behalf. Generated output may contain visual or audio errors and must be reviewed before publication.

2. Your content and permission

You keep ownership of the photos, videos, audio, voice samples, characters, and text you upload. By uploading, you confirm that you own the necessary rights or have documented permission from every relevant rights holder, including permission for any likeness and reference performance used by Recreate. You are responsible for your inputs, generated outputs, and how you publish or distribute them.

3. Voice generation and saved voices

When you choose text input, UseLipSync may create speech with a selected synthetic voice. If you upload a voice sample, the cloned voice is saved to your signed-in account and can be reused across Video Lip Sync and AI Pet Podcast. You may rename or delete a saved voice at any time; deleting it removes it from your account. Cloning requires that you are the speaker or have explicit permission from the speaker.

4. Prohibited uses

Our Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms. We may refuse processing, remove access, or investigate abuse when content or behavior breaches that policy.

5. Credits and availability

Generation actions use credits according to the price displayed before submission. Credits may be reserved while a job runs, consumed after successful delivery, or released when a technical failure prevents delivery. Starter credits, limits, suppliers, and availability may change as the service develops.

Where checkout is available, credits may be purchased as a one-time credit pack or received through a recurring monthly plan. A monthly plan is an automatic monthly credit top-up, not unlimited use. Credits added to an account do not expire; cancelling a plan stops future charges and future top-ups but does not remove credits already added. Prices, currency, and plan details are displayed before you approve payment through PayPal.

6. Accounts

You may sign in with Google to keep credits, recover creations within their stated retention window, and save eligible creations or pet scenes. You are responsible for the Google account you use and for activity performed through your UseLipSync account. Signing in does not make raw inputs permanent.

7. File retention

Raw photos, source videos, audio, voice samples, and text expire after 24 hours. Guest outputs also expire after 24 hours. Successful signed-in output videos are normally available in the Creations Library for 30 days. An eligible creation or pet studio scene that you explicitly save remains until you delete it, close the account, or reach the current storage limit (50 saved creations or 2 GB; 10 pets with up to 5 scenes each). Deleted or expired files cannot be recovered, so download anything you need independently.

8. No output guarantee

AI processing may fail, take longer than expected, alter framing, or produce an unusable result. The service is provided as-is without a guarantee of availability, accuracy, output quality, suitability, or uninterrupted processing.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UseLipSync is not liable for indirect, consequential, reputational, or business losses resulting from uploaded content, generated output, deletion after the retention period, or third-party processing. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.
