Use media and voices you are allowed to use

UseLipSync modifies or animates media you provide. Every submission requires you to confirm that you own the relevant rights or have permission to use the footage, photo, audio, voice, and text. A generated result does not create permission that did not exist for the input.

What the products do

Video Lip Sync keeps the visible speaker from the source video and changes mouth movement to match new speech you type, upload or record. Text-to-speech and saved voice clones are available only for authorized creative use. It does not perform face swapping or identity replacement.

AI Pet Podcast creates a studio scene and talking motion from a pet photo. Text-to-speech and voice cloning are available only for authorized creative use. They are not an invitation to imitate a person without consent.

AI Talking Photo animates a photograph of a person so it appears to speak. Before generating, you confirm three things: that the person is you or has given you permission, that you will not use it to impersonate anyone, and that no one in the photo is under 18. We do not verify any of this. There is no face recognition and no age detection in this product. Your confirmation is recorded with the creation, and it is what we rely on when a report is made. The prohibitions below apply in full, and this feature does not create an exception to any of them.

Recreate transfers the performance, motion, timing and camera feel of one short reference video to an authorized character. It must not be used to copy a real person's identity, performance, endorsement, or attributed statement without permission.

You must not use UseLipSync to

• Depict or imitate a real person without documented permission to use their likeness and voice.
• Create a public-figure, politician, or celebrity impersonation, template, endorsement, or attributed statement.
• Create or upload content involving a minor.
• Clone, imitate, or synthesize a voice you are not authorized to use.
• Create material intended to deceive people about who is speaking or whether a real event occurred.
• Produce fraud, scams, phishing, fake endorsements, fake testimonials, or deceptive commercial claims.
• Produce election-related, medical, financial, or legal claims attributed to another person.
• Produce sexual, pornographic, NSFW, harassing, hateful, violent, abusive, or otherwise harmful content.
• Upload photos, footage, audio, voices, or text you do not have the rights to process.
• Attempt to bypass credit, rate-limit, safety, storage, or provider controls.

Disclosure

Outputs are AI-modified or AI-generated. When you publish one, disclose that fact where context, platform rules, or applicable law requires it.

Enforcement

We may refuse processing, remove files, limit a session or account, preserve minimal abuse records, reverse credits associated with a refunded or reversed payment, or block access when we reasonably believe this policy has been breached.

Reporting

If you believe your likeness or voice was used without permission, email [email protected] with the relevant details. Raw inputs normally expire after 24 hours. Signed-in outputs and explicitly saved items may remain for their stated retention period, while minimal job and consent records may remain for investigation.
