This tool changes what a real person appears to say. That is useful, and it is also easy to abuse. The rules below are not negotiable.

You must not use this service to

• Depict any real person without their documented permission.
• Depict a public figure, politician, or celebrity, in any context.
• Depict a minor, in any context.
• Impersonate anyone, or create material intended to deceive about who is speaking.
• Produce fraud, scams, phishing, fake endorsements or fake testimonials.
• Produce election-related, medical or financial claims attributed to a real person.
• Produce sexual, harassing, hateful or violent content involving a real person.
• Upload footage you do not have the rights to.

Disclosure

Output from this service is AI-modified. If you publish it, say so. Many platforms and some jurisdictions require this.

Enforcement

We may refuse or remove content and block access at any time, without notice or refund. We keep a minimal audit record of each job so that valid complaints can be investigated.

Reporting

If you believe content has been made using your likeness or voice without permission, email abuse@uselipsync.com. Include any links or details you have. We aim to respond within two business days. Note that files are deleted automatically after 24 hours regardless.
