There is nothing to pay for yet. The service is a free preview, so there is nothing to refund.

Failed generations

If a generation fails for any reason on our side or our provider's side, your credit is returned automatically. You never pay for a job that did not produce a video.

When paid credits launch

• Credits are sold in one-off packs. Unused credits are refundable in full within 14 days of purchase.
• Credits already spent on successful generations are not refundable — the compute has been used and the file was delivered to you.
• If output quality is clearly broken (no face detected, corrupted file, wrong duration), email us and we will refund that generation whether or not it was marked successful.

How to request one

Email support@uselipsync.com with the date of purchase. We aim to respond within two business days and to process approved refunds within five.
