No. Credits that have been added to your account stay available. A monthly plan simply adds a new allocation after each successful monthly payment.
Yes. You can request cancellation from your account. Your existing credits remain available; future renewal charges and future monthly credit grants stop after PayPal confirms the cancellation.
After PayPal sends a verified successful-payment confirmation. A browser redirect alone never adds credits, which protects your balance from accidental or fraudulent changes.
Credits are reserved when a job starts. If a technical failure prevents delivery, the reserved credits are released automatically.
Successful delivered AI generations consume credits. Payment reversals, technical delivery failures, and exceptional cases are handled under the Credits & Refund Policy; contact support before filing a dispute.
