Privacy Policy

What we collect

• The files you upload — your video and audio, and the generated result.
• A session cookie — a random identifier so we can show you your own jobs. It is not linked to a name or an account.
• A hash of your IP address and browser string — one-way hashed, used only for rate limiting and abuse investigation. We do not store your raw IP address.
• Your email address — only if you choose to give it to us.

Where it goes

Files are stored in private object storage in the Hong Kong region and are never publicly readable. To generate a result we pass a short-lived, signed link to our AI processing provider so it can fetch your files. Nothing is used to train models.

How long we keep it

Uploads and results are deleted automatically 24 hours after creation, by a scheduled job and by a storage lifecycle rule as a backstop. We retain a minimal record of each job — timestamps, status, cost and the version of the consent you agreed to — for accounting and abuse handling. That record contains no video, audio or file links.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing privacy@uselipsync.com. Since files are already deleted within 24 hours, such requests normally concern the minimal job records described above.

Cookies

We set one strictly necessary cookie (your session identifier). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
